可锻铸铁生产中,坯件退火后总还有一些难加工件(退火硬件),厂家普遍将其与坯件一起进窑作二次退火。本文指出这是不正确的,应对其成分、组织、退火工艺进行分析后,集中一定批量,定出合理工艺另作处理。认为多次入炉会导致表皮层加厚、炉气中氢的侵入能稳定球光体,从而形成很难分解的珠光体过渡层。本文对改善退火硬件切削性进行了理论分析,在实验室和生产现场作了试验,提出了具体工艺措施,达到了铸件易于切削的目的。
In the production of malleable iron, there are still some hard-to-machine parts (annealed hardware) after the blank is annealed, and the manufacturers generally put it into the kiln for secondary annealing together with the blank. This paper points out that this is not correct, should be its composition, organization, analysis of the annealing process, the concentration of a certain batch, set a reasonable process for another deal. That many times into the furnace will lead to thickening of the epidermis, hydrogen gas intrusion can stabilize the ball of light, thus forming a very difficult to break down the pearlite transition layer. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of improving the machinability of annealed hardware is made. Experiments are conducted in the laboratory and on the production site, and specific technical measures are put forward to achieve the purpose of cutting easily.
