要问我世间什么行当最熟悉,我将愉快地告诉您,银行信贷工作伴我行,自然,我最熟悉并且热爱银行信贷工作喽!殊不知,在我年近六旬,即将退休时,却被划转到农发行,担任农发行运城市支行信贷科长。就是在这个时候,老革命遇到了新的课题:政策性金融业务,特别是粮食收购资金封闭运行这项业务,看似单纯,实则繁杂;看似一副熟面孔,实则一切一切从头来。两年来,我像小学生一样,点点滴滴从头学起;又像领头雁一样,事事处处吃苦在先。1998年,我被评为省级优秀信贷员。运城市位于山西省的南部,运城地区是山西主要产粮产棉区,农发行的业务占到全省的五分之一,而运城市的业务量又占到全区的四分之一。全市有粮棉企业44个,分布于全市21个乡镇,距离最远的足有百十华里。其中,国家、省储备库和基层收购单位并存,管理相当复杂。对相对分散的所有企业加大监管力度,这是我们信贷科的职责。过去,搞信贷的几乎都是老手,而对于刚刚成立的农业发展银行,我们这个信贷科8人中
