滨海新区被批准成为继深圳、上海后我国第三个离岸金融试验地,构建滨海新区离岸金融市场已成为实现我国经济与金融国际化的重要战略。本文探讨了滨海新区如何发展内外分离型离岸金融市场.并就离岸金融市场的业务操作、政策支持、风险监管提出思路。
Binhai New Area was approved as the third offshore financial trial in China after Shenzhen and Shanghai. Building an offshore financial market in Binhai New Area has become an important strategy for realizing the internationalization of China’s economy and finance. This article explores how Binhai New Area can develop the offshore financial market both internally and externally, and provides ideas for the operational operation, policy support and risk supervision of offshore financial markets.
