素有“温泉古镇”之美称的小汤山为京北重镇,因地热丰富、山清水秀而曾历代被皇家列为汤泉行宫之地。本案便位于小汤山的御汤山别墅区,该楼盘由美国著名的F+A设计公司规划设计,定位为高端别墅私宅,且距离市中心有一段距离,如世外桃源般存在。因此客户希望能打造出一系列楼盘配套设施,充分满足在此间居住的业主们的休闲、娱乐及会客等需求。基于以上考虑,本案设计师以天然温泉为主线,融合具有古典高贵气质的Art Deco风格,打造出一处既大气开阔又精致典雅的欧式会所空间。
Known as “hot springs town ” reputation of Xiaotangshan as the northern city of Beijing, due to the rich geothermal, beautiful and has been listed as royal family Tangquan palace. This case will be located in the Xiaotangshan Royal Tangshan villas, the real estate design by the famous American F + A planning and design, positioned as high-end villas private houses, and some distance from the city center, such as paradise exists. Therefore, customers hope to create a series of real estate facilities to fully meet the needs of the owners living here for recreation, entertainment and meeting. Based on the above considerations, the designers of this case, taking the hot spring as the main line and blending the classical style of Art Deco, create a European-style clubhouse with both open atmosphere and refined elegance.
