采用液态模锻成形方法对成形薄板件进行了初步探讨。结果表明,液态模锻成形工艺的选择和模具结构对试验件质量至关重要,当模具预热温度在250℃~300℃,浇注温度控制在740℃左右;模具浇口采用扇形结构,对合金液充型时的流量合理控制,可以避免制件缺陷的产生。
Forming sheet metal parts by liquid die forging method was initially discussed. The results show that the selection of the die forging process and the die structure are crucial to the quality of the test piece. When the die preheating temperature is between 250 ℃ and 300 ℃, the pouring temperature is controlled at about 740 ℃; the die gate adopts the fan structure, When the flow of liquid filling reasonable control, you can avoid the production of defects.
