目的:探讨MRI磁敏感成像(SWI)技术在弥漫性轴索损伤中的应用价值。方法:对31例疑有外伤后弥漫性轴索损伤的患者,应用MRI自旋回波T1加权、T2加权序列、SWI技术进行平扫,最小信号强度投影(minIP)法图像重建。结果:31例进行扫描的患者,SWI扫描均获得了满意效果,可清晰地显示外伤引起的52个出血灶。比常规T2WI多发现12个出血灶,比常规T1WI多发现18个出血灶。结论:磁共振SWI技术的应用,大大提高了对弥漫性轴索损伤疾病的诊断的准确性,对其早期诊断与早期治疗都有着重要意义。
Objective: To explore the value of MRI magnetic resonance imaging (SWI) in diffuse axonal injury. Methods: Totally 31 patients with diffuse axonal injury after suspected traumatic injury were scanned with MRI spin echo T1 weighted, T2 weighted sequence and SWI for minimally intense signal (minIP) reconstruction. Results: All 31 patients underwent SWI scan with satisfactory results, which could clearly show the 52 hemorrhagic lesions caused by trauma. More than conventional T2WI found 12 hemorrhage, than conventional T1WI found 18 hemorrhage. Conclusion: The application of magnetic resonance imaging (SWI) technique has greatly improved the accuracy of diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury, which is of great significance for its early diagnosis and early treatment.
