党的十四大明确提出,要在我国建立社会主义市场经济体制,并指出这是一场具有革命性的社会变革。党的十四届三中全会进一步把十四大提出的建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标和原则具体化、系统化,勾画了新经济体制的基本框架。工读教育必须适应社会主义市场经济发展需要,这是由“市场经济发展必须依靠教育,教育必须适应市场经济发展需要”的教育与经济的关系决定的。因而问题不在于要不要适应,而在于工读教育怎样才能更好地适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要。依笔者之见,工读教育只有深化改革,加速发展,把工读学校建成具有教育挽救失足青少年学生、职业技术培训、家教托管、预防控制青少年学生违法犯罪、
The 14th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed that a socialist market economic system should be established in our country and pointed out that this is a revolutionary social change. The Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party further specified and systematized the objectives and principles set forth in the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the establishment of a socialist market economic system and outlined the basic framework of the new economic system. The work-study education must meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy. This is determined by the relationship between education and economy in that “the development of the market economy must rely on education and education must be adapted to the needs of market economy development.” Therefore, the problem is not whether to adapt or not, but rather how the work-study education can better meet the needs of the development of a socialist market economy. According to the author’s opinion, the work-study education only deepens the reform and accelerates the development of the work-study school with young students who have lost their education or education, vocational and technical training, family education and education, prevention and control of juvenile delinquency,
