本文介绍具有径向反馈的长行程伺服气缸及气动位置发送器(变送器)的工作原理、传递函数的推导、动态特性的讨论分析。由于这种伺服气缸的行程不受限制,具有很大的刚制(对负载),其位置决定于输入的气压讯号,其速度可以用输入压力变化的速度进行控度,所以能够应用现在市场上大量销售的气动单元组合仪表,进行对位置及速度的开环和闭环的集中控制,并列举了位置、速度控制回路应用的例子。
