ＩＴＵ－Ｔ第１５研究组通过了一个称作共轭结构代数码本激励线性预测（ＣＳ－ＡＣＥＬＰ）的８ｋｂ／ｓ话音编码算法，该算法即将成为标准。这一算法由ＮＴＴ和另外三个团体提出用于“未来陆上移动通信系统”及其它通信领域中。
ITU-T Study Group 15 adopted an 8kb / s speech coding algorithm called Conjugate Algebraic Code Excited Linear Prediction (CS-ACELP), which is to become the norm. This algorithm is proposed by NTT and three other groups for “Future Land Mobile Communications Systems” and other communications.
