去年3月,胡锦涛总书记提出以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观以后,全国词、曲作者纷纷以歌曲的形式热烈响应这一事关中华民族文明建设的伟大号召。为了把教育系统的社会主义荣辱观学习教育活动进一步引向深入,江苏省教育厅组织徐州市教育界的词作家张广银、吴广川、朱浩熙创作了《社会主义荣辱观组歌》歌词,并邀请著名作曲家胡俊成为之谱曲。《组歌》共九首,由阎维文、郑莉、孔文慧、赵景春、王立民、于秋颖等著名歌唱家和总政歌舞团合唱团演唱。在《组歌》创作、出版和推广的过程中,江苏省委、省政府、省委宣传部、省教育厅和徐州市委、市政府、市委宣传部、市教育局有关领导自始至终给予关心、鼓励和支持。省教育厅召开了《组歌》推广论证会,并出资委托江苏电子音像出版社出版了《社会主义荣辱观组歌》光盘和活页歌选,免费向学校赠送近万套。12月初,江苏省教育厅下发了《关于传唱社会主义荣辱观组歌,加强社会主义荣辱观教育的通知》。通知说,《组歌》是开展社会主义荣辱观学习教育活动．促进社会主义精神文明建设的好作品。要求全省各级教育行政部门和各学校都要认真传唱《社会主义荣辱观组歌》,把社会主义荣辱观教育落到实处。如今,在江苏省的广大城市乡村、各级各类学校和社会团体,演唱《社会主义荣辱观组歌》已尉然成风,对促进江苏省的社会主义精神文明建设发挥了积极作用。本刊现将《组歌》其中的三首作品选登于此,以飨读者。

In early December, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education issued a “Notice on Singing Socialist Outlook on Honor and Shame and Strengthening the Education of Socialist Concept of Honor and Disgrace.” The circular said that the “group song” is to carry out the socialist concept of honor and disgrace learning and education activities. Good Works to Promote the Construction of Socialist Spiritual Civilization. They demanded that all educational administrations and schools at all levels across the province carefully sing the song entitled “Socialist Outlook for Honor and Disgrace,” and put the education on socialist honor and disgrace into practice. Nowadays, singing songs of “Socialist Outlook for Honor and Shame” has become a reality in the vast urban and rural areas of many cities and towns in Jiangsu Province. All kinds of schools and social organizations at various levels have played a leading role in the wind and played a positive role in promoting the socialist spiritual civilization in Jiangsu Province.
