Long-term subculture of callus, not only to establish cell clones and as a germplasm preservation of a material, but also cell mutation breeding ideal material. This is primarily material-consistent, easy to handle, and not susceptible to seasonal and vegetative developmental stages and can be tested at any time, providing research convenience with ease and avoiding the need for radiation and chemical mutagenesis of seeds and scions The formation of a large number of chimerism, increased mutagenic frequency. However, in addition to the need to improve long-term subculture of callus proliferation, but also to resolve the differentiation rate of callus regeneration plants, and plant chromosome ploidy and other genetic changes whether the problem. This study attempts to investigate the above problems by studying the callus of long-term subcultured Citrus sinensis Osbeck embryos.
