Malcolme-Lawes在1980年报道了用~(57)Co-半胱氨酸络合物标记牛血清白蛋白,建立了放射免疫诊断分析法.与Co(Ⅲ)有相同氧化态的Rh(Ⅲ)也会与半胱氨酸形成强络合物,而且用~(105)Rh-半胱氨酸代替~(57)Co-半胱氨酸标记蛋白质的明显差异在于其可能被发展成为一种有效的放疗试剂.首先合成105Rh与半胱氨酸的络合物,再将此络合物与人血清白蛋白联接.~(105)Rh-半胱氨酸络合物可以在酸性溶液中(pH=3~4),也可以在碱性溶液中(pH=9)制备,二者的半胱氨酸与铑的克分子比均约为3:1.用TLC和MgO吸附法分别测定~(105)Rh-半胱氨酸络合产率,结果为100%.
