“追踪原因”的教师评价模式是美国目前十分盛行的一种教师评价模式。它是罗伯特.马扎诺博士(Dr.Robert Marzano)基于多年研究而建立起来的。此模式期望通过对教师教学行为的评价,促进教师持续性的专业发展,进而达到提高学生学业成就的目的。该评价包括课堂策略和行为、计划和准备、教学反思、共同合作与专业化四个领域,以学年初、秋季、冬季、春季和学年末为一个周期,对中小学教师进行评价。
“Tracing the causes ” teacher evaluation mode is currently a very popular teacher evaluation mode in the United States. It was based on years of research by Dr. Robert Marzano. This model expects to promote the continuous professional development of teachers through the evaluation of teachers ’teaching behaviors so as to achieve the purpose of improving students’ academic achievement. The assessment includes four aspects: classroom strategy and behavior, planning and preparation, teaching reflection, cooperation and specialization. Primary and secondary school teachers are evaluated by beginning of the year, autumn, winter, spring and the end of the school year as a cycle.
