旅游行业的发展,对社会经济起到推动作用,给更多的人才提供了就业的机会,满足人们对出行游玩要求,建立了和谐发展的社会关系。但是,现下,我国的旅游企业对职业生涯的规划与管理工作中还存在很多的步不足之处,制约了旅游企业内部管理工作的效率。本文通过对旅游企业生涯规划和管理的作用与意义;旅游企业生涯规划和管理的技术;旅游企业生涯规划和管理策略三个方面进行了简单的分析与研究。
The development of the tourism industry has played a catalytic role in social economy, provided more talents with employment opportunities, met people’s demand for travel and established harmonious social relations. However, at present, there are still many deficiencies in the career planning and management of tourism enterprises in our country, restricting the efficiency of the internal management of tourism enterprises. This article has carried on the simple analysis and the research to three aspects of the travel enterprise career planning and management: its function and significance; tourism enterprise career planning and management technology; travel enterprise career planning and management strategy.
