目的：观察分析剖宫产产妇围产期隐私保护存在问题及护理对策，提高产科护理质量。方法选取从2012年3月~2014年3月收治的产妇共280例为本次研究的调查对象。以调查问卷的方法了解剖宫产产妇围生产期隐私保护方面存在的问题，产妇对于隐私问题的情况反应以及隐私保护意识和维护途径了解。结果存在的隐私问题主要集中在，避免男性医疗人员进行隐私部位检查，其次是暴露隐私部位时，非必要相关医疗人员需要回避，分别是有90.71%和82.85%。其中产妇对于医生追问月经情况主要均表示无所谓，占82.86%；询问性生活情况有55.36%的产妇觉得害羞或感觉不舒服但可以回答；妊娠，分娩以及流产史被询问时也是有53.57%的产妇觉得害羞；个人资料被泄露则分别有47.86%和47.14%患者觉得隐私被侵犯，但无可奈何和感到愤怒。隐私部位暴露则主要是觉害羞但愿意配合检查，有66.79%。产妇隐私保护途径主要还是集中在向上级领导/科室主任投诉，其次是找当事医疗人员理论，分别是35.00%和28.57%；而寻求法律途径的有20.36%。结论完善产科对于产妇围生产期隐私保护的硬件措施，提高科室医疗人员对于产妇隐私保护的意识，为产妇提供优质的护理服务。“,”Objective To observe and analyze the presence of maternal perinatal cesarean privacy issues and nursing countermeasures to improve the quality of obstetric care. For the doctor asked where maternal menstruation mainly expressed indif erent, accounting 82.86%; ask sexual life has 55.36% of women feel shy or uncomfortable, but can answer; also have 53.57% of mothers during pregnancy, childbirth and abortion are asked feel shy;personal information was leaked were 47.86%and 47.14%have a patient that privacy was violated, but feel helpless and angry. Private parts exposed mainly feel shy but wil ing to cooperate with the inspection, there are 66.79%. Maternal Privacy approach is mainly concentrated in the leadership/department director complaints to superiors, fol owed by the parties to find a theory of medical personnel, were 35.00% and 28.57%; while seeking legal ways has 20.36%. Conclusion Perfect for women around the production of obstetric privacy hardware measures to raise awareness for the maternity department of medical personnel privacy protection for mothers to provide quality care.
