目的探讨与研究采用带锁髓内钉治疗成人股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选择收治的股骨干骨折29例,所有患者的治疗方法均采用带锁髓内钉固定。结果经过4~30个月的随访观察,其中26例患者骨折愈合良好,愈合率为89.65%,3例未愈合的患者中,2例原因为术后骨不连,1例原因为感染。结论带锁髓内钉治疗成人股骨干骨折稳定性好,且符合生物力学。
