本文动态观察了磷酸羟基哌喹(HQPQ)对实验性大鼠矽肺支气管肺泡冲洗液(BALF)中细胞学改变的影响。结果表明在使用HQPQ期间BALF中肺泡巨噬细胞破坏较少,体积增大,吞噬粉尘数目多,停药后细胞破坏增加,大细胞消失。结合生化和扫描电镜观察结果,此期肺Ⅱ型细胞重新增生增殖,BALF中肺表面活性物质增加。说明HQPQ不仅可以保护肺泡巨噬细胞,而且还影响肺表面活性物质的代谢,提示应用该药治疗矽肺病时,连续用药,效果较好。
This article dynamically observed the effect of HQPQ on cytological changes in experimental BALF in experimental rats. The results showed that the alveolar macrophages in BALF were less disrupted during the use of HQPQ, the volume was increased, the number of phagocytized dust was large, the cell destruction was increased after discontinuation, and large cells disappeared. Combined with biochemical and scanning electron microscopy observations, lung type II cells reproliferated during this phase, and lung surfactants in BALF increased. It shows that HQPQ can not only protect the alveolar macrophages, but also affect the metabolism of pulmonary surfactant, suggesting that continuous use of the drug in the treatment of silicosis, the effect is better.
