近年来,华北地区军地各级认真贯彻落实国办有关文件精神,学生军训工作呈现了良好的发展局面。在学生军训普及展开、机构建设、教员培养、军训保障等方面,各级教育行政部门和军事部门作了大量卓有成效的工作,涌现出一批先进单位和个人。为激励先进,树立榜样,不断推动学生军训工作健康发展,军区国防动员委员会确定,对下列60个先进单位和70名先进个人予以通报表彰。望受表彰的先进单位和个人珍惜荣誉,再接再厉,以更高的标准和更严的要求,努力为学生军训工作的发展作出新贡献。北京军区国防动员委员会二○○七年九月
In recent years, the military departments in North China have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the document prepared by the State Council and the military training work for students has shown a sound development. In terms of popularizing military training of students, institution building, teacher training and military training, various educational administrative departments and military departments at all levels have made a great deal of fruitful work and a number of advanced units and individuals have emerged. In order to inspire advanced and set an example, and continue to promote the healthy development of student military training, the Military Region Mobilization Committee determined that the following 60 advanced units and 70 advanced individuals should be notified for commendation.
