报道了用硝基苯或标准电位为 0 .2 5~ 0 .36 V的无机氧化剂对卟啉原的氧化作用。铁氰化钾、氯化亚汞、亚砷酸能将卟啉原氧化成卟啉 ,而铜盐、钒氧乙酰丙酮则直接将卟啉原氧化为相应的铜卟啉或钒氧卟啉。实验结果表明 ,选择适当溶剂可使目标化合物的收率达到 35 %~ 5 8% ,同时 ET( 30 )与沸点是选择溶剂的重要参数。
The oxidation of porphyrinogen with nitrobenzene or inorganic oxidants with standard potentials from 0.25 to 0.36 V was reported. Potassium ferricyanide, mercurous chloride and arsenious acid can oxidize porphyrins to porphyrins, while copper salts and vanadyl acetylacetonates directly oxidize porphyrins to the corresponding copper porphyrins or vanadoporphyrins. The experimental results show that the yield of the target compound can reach 35% ~ 58% by choosing the appropriate solvent, and ET (30) and boiling point are the important parameters to choose the solvent.
