应我市教研室要求,从9月1日开始,每一位教研员都要深入乡校进行听评课互动研讨活动。作为小学数学教研员,此次活动我通过听评课与互动研讨发现:我市小学数学教师的确在努力改变着自己的教学方式,积极尝试应用“先学后教,当堂训练”的教学模式,课堂上愈来愈重视教师“教”与学生“学”的双边活动,小学数学课堂教学有效性有了明显提高,主要表现在:一、能遵照“先学后教,当堂训练”的模式开展教学活动
