卢梭试图在《社会契约论》中以正义和功利相结合的社会公约为基础确立起可以照顾大多数人利益的政治权利。本文主要是希望能分析清楚卢梭在此之前对此三个观点的反驳,即对有天然的奴隶(或权威)、强力可构成权利和奴隶制下的约定的反驳。
Rousseau tried to establish the political right which can take care of the interests of the majority on the basis of the social conventions combining justice with utilitarianism in “Social Contract Theory.” This article is mainly intended to analyze Rousseau’s counter-argument to these three points before, that is, to refute the natural slave (or authority) that can form the power and the agreement under slavery.
