本文就直接影响落料件外缘和冲孔件内缘断面状态的因素对普通冲裁工艺进行了讨论。讨论中考虑了塑性分离和断裂分离对断口状态所起的作用,评述了落料、冲孔中产生光洁无裂断面的方法、防止裂纹的机理以及静水压力的作用。文中给出了降低冲裁加工成本的实例,阐明了使用经过改进的冲裁方法时在工件材料性质和零件设计方面应予考虑的问题,以及进一步发展的潜在方向。
In this paper, a direct impact on blanking parts and punching pieces of the inner edge of the cross-section of the factors of the ordinary blanking process were discussed. In the discussion, the role of plastic separation and fracture separation in the fracture state was considered. The methods of producing clean and fracture-free surfaces in blanking and punching, the mechanism of preventing cracks and the effect of hydrostatic pressure were reviewed. An example of reducing the cost of blanking is given in the paper. The problems to be considered when using the improved blanking methods in terms of the material properties of the workpiece and the design of the part are clarified as well as the potential directions for further development.
