短日植物稀脉浮萍6746一般需要4个光周期诱导而开花。在4天的SD诱导中过氧化物酶活性明显增加,诱导4天时酶活性出现高峰,接着逐渐降低。诱导结束后2天到开花酶活性变化不大。SD诱导2天时,过氧化物同工酶出现两条新酶带。诱导4天时新带活性增强,从诱导结束后2天到开花,新酶带逐渐减弱,而后消失。酯酶同工酶和酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶在SD诱导3天时分别出现1条和2条新带,诱导4天后逐渐减弱,开花时消失。
Short plant Phylloxera 6746 generally requires 4 photoperiod-induced flowering. During 4 days of SD induction, the peroxidase activity was significantly increased, peaked at 4 days of induction, and then gradually decreased. Two days after the induction, the flowering enzyme activity did not change much. At 2 days after SD induction, two new bands appeared in the peroxidase isoenzymes. After 4 days of induction, the activity of the new band was enhanced. From 2 days after the induction, the new enzyme band gradually weakened and then disappeared. Esterase and acid phosphatase isozymes showed 1 and 2 new bands respectively at 3 days of SD induction, gradually decreased after 4 days of induction and disappeared when flowering.
