三峡电站水轮机蜗壳材质为高强钢,为实现全自动焊接,从焊接设备选择、工艺评定到实际应用,做了大量的试验工作,制定了完整周详的方案,并取得了成功,为蜗壳实现全自动焊提供了合理的工艺,也为以后高强钢全自动焊接提供借鉴。
