混合稀土中钦、铒、铥的测定,长期以来一直采用其盐类(氯化物、硝酸盐等等)溶液本身对光的吸收来进行比色分析。这个方法虽然操作简便,一般不须作烦琐的稀土元素分离工作,但灵敏度不高,仅适用于测定常量和高含量的单一稀土元素(一般含量约在10%以上),不适于低含量稀土元素的测定。为此,我们对最近报导的在水-丙酮溶液中应用二苯酰甲烷测定钬、铒、铥的方法进行了试验。实践证明本方法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,溶液颜色稳定的优点。用于混合稀土中钬、铒、铥的测定,获得较满意的结果。本法灵敏度为:每毫升Ho_2O_3 1.29、Er_2 O_3 3.68、Tm_2O_3 20.9微克。
