本文应用先进的HI-CI型真彩色图像分析系统对21例急性淋巴细胞性白血病(L1、L2和L3各7例),35例急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(M1、M2、M3、M5、M6各7例)的骨髓涂片细胞的面积、直径、周长、圆度、灰度、积分光密度、长径、短径、形状因子、细胞核面积/细胞面积等多种形态学参数进行了测定,揭示了ALL、ANLL及其亚型多种形态学参数的变化规律,通过逐步判别分析,建立了急性白血病及亚型的判别函数,其判别效果具有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),可望该诊断系统成为急性白血病诊断分型的客观手段之一。
This paper uses the advanced HI-CI true color image analysis system for 21 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (7 cases for L1, L2, and L3) and 35 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (M1, M2, M3, M5, M6). The morphology, diameter, circumference, roundness, grayscale, integrated optical density, major axis, minor axis, shape factor, and nucleus area/cell area of each of the 7 bone marrow smear cells were determined. The changes of various morphological parameters of ALL, ANLL and its subtypes were revealed. The discriminant function of acute leukemia and subtypes was established through stepwise discriminant analysis, and the discriminant effect was very significant (P<0.001). It is expected that the diagnostic system will become one of the objective measures for the diagnosis of acute leukemia.
