在pH4.8及Triton X-100存在下,钒(V)与锌试剂形成1:2绿色络合物,其最大吸收波长、克分子吸光系数及Sandell灵敏度分别为690毫微米、1.1×10~4和0.0046微克/厘米~2。当有钙-DCTA存在时,绝大部分其它离子均不干扰钒的测定,因此具有较高的选择性。本法曾用于矿石中钒的测定,获得较满意的结果。
Vanadium (V) forms a 1: 2 green complex with zinc reagent in the presence of pH 4.8 and Triton X-100. The maximum absorption wavelength, the molar absorptivity of the molecule and the Sandell sensitivity are 690 nm and 1.1 × 10 ~ 4 and 0.0046 μg / cm ~ 2. When calcium-DCTA is present, most of the other ions do not interfere with the determination of vanadium and therefore have high selectivity. This law has been used for the determination of vanadium in ore to obtain more satisfactory results.
