中华按蚊是我国重要传疟媒介之一。1973年首次在豫东的民权县发现当地中华按蚊的子孢子感染,进一步证实了此种蚊种在当地疟疾传播中的重要性。豫东一般属旱地作物区,积水面积较小,中华按蚊的种群数量远比南方各省稻田区为少,但历年来疟疾流行却时有波动。为此,我们试图通过昆虫学的调查分析,评价当地中华按蚊的传疟作用,并望能为今后分析和预侧这类地区的疟疾流行趋势以及制订防治计划提供参考依据。兹将初步调查结果简介于下。
Anopheles sinensis is one of the most important malaria vectors in our country. The discovery of the local Anopheles sinensis infection in spite of the first civil rights counties in eastern Henan Province in 1973 further confirmed the importance of this species in local malaria transmission. The eastern part of the eastern part of the country is generally a dry farmland with a small area of water catch. The population of Anopheles sinensis is much smaller than the number of rice fields in southern provinces, but the prevalence of malaria fluctuates over the years. Therefore, we try to evaluate the transmission of malaria from the Chinese Anopheles mosquito through the investigation and analysis of entomology. We hope to provide a reference for the future analysis and pre-treatment of the malaria epidemic trend in such areas and the formulation of prevention and control plans. The preliminary findings are summarized below.
