以SPSS20.0软件进行统计学分析。
Objective To explore the role of mentor-in-charge system in the standardized training of residents in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. Methods Forty residents who participated in standardized training in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery from September 2012 to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The trainees in the experimental group took the instructor-led responsibility system during the training process and the control group took the traditional training method of resident’s standardized training. Comparison of two groups of residents in the examination results of training, the end of the training line questionnaire. SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis. Results Residents in the experimental group performed better than those in the control group at all stages of assessment. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The instructor-led system is more suitable than the traditional training methods for standardized training of otolaryngology head and neck surgery residents. Perfecting and implementing the standardized training of tutor residency can improve the training level of professional physicians. The teaching relationship between teachers and students can ensure the quality of clinical teaching.
