前言目前,对土磁偏角的观测分析,已成为群测群防在地震短临预报中的一种重要手段,不少地办和群测点常利用地磁(偏角)日变形态畸变,地磁低点位移或日幅差,日均值的变化以及地磁红绿灯法,两点相应地磁要素直接相减或进行空间相关分析的方法来寻求磁偏角的变化与地震的对应关系。但是,由于地球外空磁场的变化比地球内部磁场的变化强大得多,而外空场本身的变化又是如此多样复杂以至于提取震磁异常、确定震磁效应显得十分困
