酒渣鼻是发生于面部尤其是鼻及其附近的一种慢性皮肤病。有丘疹、红斑及毛细血管扩张。到晚期病人可有皮肤暗红、紫红、丘疹、脓疱、毛细血管和小静脉扩张显著、皮脂腺过度肥大而臃肿变形,称为鼻赘。笔者于1978年起用冷冻方法治疗晚期酒渣鼻十五例,其中男性11例。女性4例,年龄30岁以下者4例,30—40岁4例,40岁以上7例,所有患者均为门诊确诊病历,病程3—5年2人,5—10年5人。10年以上者为5人。
Rosacea is a chronic skin disease that occurs on the face, especially the nose and its vicinity. Papules, erythema and telangiectasias. To the late patients may have skin dark red, purple, papules, pustules, capillaries and small veins significantly expanded, sebaceous hypertrophy and bloated deformation, known as the rhinoceros. In 1978, the author used frozen method to treat 15 cases of advanced rosacea, including 11 males. There were 4 females, 4 under 30 years of age, 4 of 30-40 years old and 7 cases of over 40 years of age. All patients were diagnosed clinically, with 2 courses of 3-5 years and 5-10 years of age. 10 years more than 5 people.
