近年来,党和政府日益重视社情民意,在及时准确掌握舆情动态的基础上,有针对性地做好舆情疏导工作,是加强党的执政能力建设的具体体现。同时,随着社区建设的推进,社区社会组织越来越多地在社区中发挥作用,它们的舆情疏导功能也逐渐显现。社区社会组织通过为社区居民提供各种各样的服务来根除不良舆情产生的土壤,把不良舆情转化为良性舆情。而且由于它们具有服务社区居民各方面需求的积极作用,也使得社区社会组织在社区中的影响力逐渐强化,具备了在社区营造良好舆论氛围的能力。
