本文针对带有孔边径向穿透裂纹的厚壁圆筒(假设它为弹性体)受孔内压力大于孔外压力的静压载荷作用的情况,利用弹性力学、线弹性断裂力学和光弹理论,推导出了一种新的用光弹法求算应力强度因子 K_I 的公式。利用光弹实验的结果作者将此公式与Schroedl 和 Smith 所提出的双条纹差分法公式的结果进行了比较,认为这个公式比双条纹差分法公式更适用于本文所研究的情况。
In this paper, for the case of a thick-walled cylinder (assuming it is an elastic body) with a radial through-crack at the edge of the hole being affected by the hydrostatic load at a higher pressure in the bore than the pressure outside the bore, elastic mechanics, linear elastic fracture mechanics and photoelastic theory , A new formula for calculating stress intensity factor K_I by photoelastic method was deduced. Using the results of the photoelastic experiment, the author compared this formula with the results of the double-stripe difference method proposed by Schroedl and Smith. This formula is more suitable for the situation studied in this paper than the double-stripe difference method.
