通过对石楼—燕山输油管道镁牺牲阳极阴极保护系统的现场调查与室内试样分析,发现镁牺牲阳极失效的主要原因是阳极表面生成的一层不脱落、不导电产物屏蔽了阳极输出电流所致,指出了镁牺牲阳极用于长输油气管道阴极保护体系存在的不足,据此进一步对镁牺牲阳极现阶段的应用提出了一些看法。
Through the field investigation and laboratory sample analysis of magnesium sacrificial anode cathodic protection system in Shilou-Yanshan oil pipeline, it is found that the failure of magnesium sacrificial anode is mainly caused by the non-falling layer formed on the anode surface and the non-conductive product shielding the anode output current To this end, the deficiencies of the magnesium sacrificial anode for cathodic protection of long-distance oil and gas pipelines are pointed out, and some suggestions are put forward for the application of magnesium sacrificial anode in the present stage.
