目的:探讨临床护理路径在登革热患者整体护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年9—12月本科室住院的73例登革热患者,均使用登革热临床护理路径,观察患者对健康教育的掌握程度,患者的满意度和患者焦虑抑郁的缓解情况。结果:患者健康教育相关知识水平掌握情况:掌握61例(83.6%),基本掌握8例(11.0%),未掌握4例(5.5%),其中包括认知障碍的患者4例;患者的满意度情况:满意65例(89.0%),基本满意3例(4.1%),不满意1例(1.4%),认知功能障碍患者4例,患者的焦虑抑郁症状缓解,前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:登革热临床护理路径可以提高患者对健康教育的掌握程度,改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高患者满意度,减少护患纠纷。
Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the overall nursing of patients with dengue fever. Methods: A total of 73 dengue patients were enrolled in the department from September to December 2014. Dengue clinical nursing pathway was used to observe the patients’ mastery of health education, patient satisfaction and anxiety and depression relief. Results: There were 61 patients (83.6%) with mastery, 8 (11.0%) with mastery, 4 (5.5%) without mastery, including 4 patients with cognitive impairment There were 65 patients (89.0%) satisfied, 3 satisfied (4.1%), 1 unsatisfied (1.4%), and 4 patients with cognitive dysfunction. The anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients were relieved Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: The path of dengue fever clinical nursing can improve patients’ mastery of health education, improve their psychological status and quality of life, improve patient satisfaction and reduce nurse-patient disputes.
