针对宝鸡有色金属加工厂1200四辊可逆板材热轧机,利用冶金测量车测试数据,回归出平均单位压力模型并与有关公式曲线进行了分析比较:随着Lc/hc取值不同,实测回归模型曲线与有关公式曲线的误差也随着变化,在Lc/hc=1~2时,实测曲线比较接近于采列柯夫曲线和艾克隆德曲线,其最大误差不超过4%;在Lc/hc>2时,实测曲线较接近于西姆斯曲线和斋腾好弘曲线,其最大误差不超过12%。由于实测压力模型结合了理论推导与现场实际测量并省去了变形抗力试验及其模型回归,这不仅使试验研究大为简化,又保证了其精确性。该实测回归模型适用于在摩擦条件、轧件材质和轧制条件一定时,热轧中厚板及薄板时轧制压力的计算。

The measured regression model is suitable for the calculation of the rolling pressure of hot-rolled plate and plate under the conditions of friction, rolling material and rolling conditions.
