当前高校学生党员教育管理模式存在施受双方心理压力大、实效性不强等问题。在党员培养和教育工作实践中,适时加入心理学中的人本主义观点、运用心理效应机制,根据学生党员心理特征,结合融合、沟通、激励、调节、管理几个关键点,灵活选择适合的心理效应加以综合运用,开启学生党员自身动力源泉,使“运行、动力、约束”三个环节相互推动,达到优化管理机制、落实成效的目的。
At present, there are some problems in the educational management mode of student party members in colleges and universities, such as the psychological pressure exerted by both parties and the weak practical effect.
