本文研究了自制的均相渗析阴膜对钛白废液中废酸的回收效果,实验考察了膜的交换容量、苯环卤含量、废液中组分的相对浓度等因素对渗析过程的影响,结果表明,用自制的阴膜回收废液中的 H2 S O4 是可行的,能实现 H2 S O4 与其他成分如 Fe S O4、 Ti( S O4)2 的良好分离,其分离系数分别不低于 26.0 和 51.0。
In this paper, the effect of home-made homogeneous membrane dialysis on the recovery of waste acid from titanium dioxide waste liquor was investigated. The effects of membrane exchange capacity, benzene ring halogen content and the relative concentration of components in waste liquor on the dialysis process were investigated The results showed that H2S O4 in waste liquid was recovered by self-made membrane, which could be used to separate H2 S O4 from other components such as Fe S O4 and Ti (S O4) 2. The separation coefficients were not low At 26.0 and 51.0.
