海上施工建设单位多、施工设备多、人员复杂且点多面广,施工安全的影响因素多而且模糊性强,因此,提出应用模糊神经网络评判法进行海上施工安全评价,并应用层次分析法进行各因素权重的确定。针对海上施工受气象、海洋环境影响大的特点,建立了海上施工安全评价的指标体系,该体系包含施工作业、施工管理、气象环境、通航环境4个1级指标,并利用改进的动量BP神经网络进行施工安全的评价预测,为指导海上施工安全提供了必要的理论基础。
