在重症肌无力(MG)中肌无力常因运动加重,休息和使用抗胆硷酯酶抑制剂则缓解。另一种对重症肌无力的影响因素是温度,降低几度无力肌肉处的温度后可明显缓解肌无力,反之,加热可加剧肌无力症状。 作者研究了12例MG睑下垂及15例非MG睑下垂患者。12例MG中7例为纯眼肌型,5例为全身型。受试病人在6小时内未服用抗胆硷酯酶药物。受试者端坐并注视墙上标志以保持视轴在原位。开始时测量睑裂,然后闭眼2分钟,再睁眼行第二次测量(休息试验)。当上睑下垂达到休息前大小时进行冰试验。嘱患者闭眼并用一裹着外科手套的冰管放在闭眼眼睑上2分钟。此后睁眼测量,若睑裂比“休息后测量”大则试验为阳性。试验30分钟后患者行腾
Myasthenia gravis (MG) often due to aggravated muscle weakness, rest and use of anti-cholinesterase inhibitors are alleviated.
