大昌汗镇位于府谷县西北端的边陲要镇,南邻本县的老高川镇,西接神木县,东北分别于内蒙准旗、伊旗接壤,属陕蒙交界处的毛乌素沙漠边缘地带,是神府煤田的腹地,为府谷县西部重要的能源开发重镇。全镇辖8个行政村,45个自然村,总人口10242人。有驻地机关、事企业单位14个,有党组织12个,其中县级企业总支1个,机关支部3个,农村支部8个,联合党支部5个,共有党员377名,其中预备党员39名。总土地面积196.57平方公里,总耕地面积19304亩,林地88000亩,林草覆盖率48.9%。
Dachang Khan town is located in the northwestern side of Fugu County, the border town, south of the county’s old town of high Takahashi, west of Shenmu County, northeast of Inner Mongolia in the flag, the flag border, Shaanxi and Mongolia at the junction of the Mu Us Desert margin, is Shenfu coalfield hinterland, Fugu County, western important energy development center. The town administer 8 administrative villages, 45 natural villages, the total population of 10242 people. There are 14 resident agencies and enterprises and 12 party organizations, including 1 county-level general branch, 3 branch offices, 8 rural branches, 5 joint party branches and 377 communist party members, among which reserve party members 39 name. The total land area of 196.57 square kilometers, the total area of 19304 acres of arable land, 88000 acres of woodland, forest and grass coverage rate of 48.9%.
