采用物理模拟方法研究了活化稠油的选择性堵水作用。根据活化稠油的注入能力、耐冲刷能力和突破压力研究结果,对堵水施工工艺、施工参数及堵后配套措施的选择方法进行了研究;推导了活化稠油突破压力计算公式,为合理选择活化稠油用量提供了计算方法。自1991年至1997年6月,该技术在辽河油田锦州采油厂共施工238井次,增油16.7×104t,降水29.5×104m3。该技术为高含水后期无法卡封作业井的堵水提供了行之有效的方法
Physical simulation method was used to study the selective water blocking action of activated heavy oil. According to the research results of injecting ability, scouring resistance and breakthrough pressure of activated heavy oil, the selection methods of water blocking construction process, construction parameters and post-blocking matching measures were studied. The formula to calculate the breakthrough pressure of activated heavy oil was deduced. Activation of heavy oil usage provides a calculation method. From 1991 to June 1997, a total of 238 wells were constructed in Jinzhou Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield, with an increase of 16.7 × 104t and a precipitation of 29.5 × 104m3.
