近年来,山西省高平市煤运公司以兴武强企为己任,主动要求在企业建立民兵组织,紧紧围绕“振兴县域经济,追赶全国百强”的目标,积极参加地方经济建设,多次完成市委赋予的各项急难险重任务,受到市委市政府的一致称赞和人民群众的一致好评。该公司领导国防观念强,始终关注、支持国防后备力量建设。2004年以来,先后为市人武部无偿捐助资金80余万元。他们紧跟时代发展形势,认真学习贯彻胡主席“军民结合、寓兵于民”的军事思想,该公司领导先后3次到市人武部,找到市人武部领导,要求在企业中无偿建立民兵组织。市人武部在深入调查、反复论证的情况下,认为该公司具备组建民兵组织的条件。
