随着中国当前社会的转型和机构改革的不断深入,医院的工会组织在工作上也面临着前所未有的挑战。作为医院文化的重要组成部分的医院工会组织,对医院的文化建设发挥着越来越重要的作用。而随着医疗改革的不断深化,医院工会组织将对工会组织文化建设提出新要求。医院工会组织要保持生机与活力,就必须顺应历史的变革,不断对自身进行调整,改革和完善其组织文化,推动工会组织的向前发展。
With the transformation of China’s current society and the deepening of institutional reforms, the hospital’s trade union organizations also face unprecedented challenges in their work. As an important part of the hospital culture, the hospital union organization plays an increasingly important role in the cultural construction of the hospital. With the continuous deepening of medical reform, hospital union organizations will put forward new requirements on the cultural construction of trade union organizations. In order to maintain its vigor and vitality, the hospital union organizations must conform to the historical changes, constantly adjust themselves, reform and perfect their organizational culture, and promote the development of trade union organizations.
