慢性葡萄膜炎部分患者对激素发生副作用或不能耐受消炎痛时,治疗仍是个难题。近年来布洛芬(Ibuprofen)已被广泛应用于治疗类风湿性关节炎与其它炎症。作者用布洛芬治疗葡萄膜炎几10例,效果极好,认为布洛芬可替代消炎痛治疗眼部炎症,并可减少激素的用量或替代小剂量激素的治疗。典型病例:例1:44岁、男性。慢性葡萄膜炎,过去曾10次发作,用强的松和消炎痛得到控制。患者有关节强硬性脊椎炎,曾口服消炎痛z5mg一日2次,滴0.1%地塞米松眼液一日4次,
