目的通过观察星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床疗效,为中西医结合治疗该病提供理论依据。方法将120例诊断为迟发性性腺功能减退症的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组A组、B组,每组40例,对照组单纯口服十一酸睾酮软胶囊,治疗A组采用星状神经节阻滞治疗,治疗B组采用星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗。以1个月为一疗程,评价治疗前、治疗后1个月的临床疗效,并比较治疗前后LOH症状评分。结果与对照组比较,治疗A组总有效率为80%,说明星状神经节阻滞治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症疗效显著(P<0.01),治疗B组总有效率为90%,说明星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗效果比A组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组LOH症状评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗B组与治疗A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion block combined with Guipi Decoction in the treatment of delayed hypogonadism and provide a theoretical basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease. Methods 120 patients diagnosed as delayed hypogonadism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group A, B group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was orally administered with testosterone undecanoate soft capsules, the treatment group A Stellate ganglion block treatment, treatment group B stellate ganglion block with Guipi treatment. To 1 month as a course of treatment before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of 1 month, and compared before and after treatment LOH symptom score. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group A was 80%, indicating that stellate ganglion block treatment of delayed hypogonadism effect was significant (P <0.01), the total effective rate of treatment group B 90%, said Stellate ganglion block with Guipi treatment effect better than the A group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The score of LOH in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.01), and the difference between treatment group B and treatment A group was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Stellate ganglion block with Guipi Decoction in the treatment of delayed hypogonadism is effective and worthy of clinical application.
