近年来,随着公立医院改革的推进,激励机制在激发科技人才潜能、提高人力资源管理效率方面的作用愈发凸显。只有建立完善的激励机制,才能最终形成留住人才的制度环境。鉴于此,作者在实地调查的基础上,综合运用ERG理论的分析工具,寻求完善医疗科技人才激励机制的对策,以减少人才的不合理流失。
In recent years, with the promotion of public hospital reform, the incentive mechanism has become increasingly prominent in stimulating the potential of science and technology professionals and improving the efficiency of human resources management. Only by establishing a sound incentive mechanism can we finally form the institutional environment for retaining talents. In view of this, on the basis of the field investigation, the author comprehensively uses the analytical tools of ERG theory to seek ways to improve the incentive mechanism of medical science and technology talents to reduce the unreasonable loss of talents.
