在设计和使用牙轮钻头或PDC钻头时,要优选喷嘴的组配,必须了解不同喷嘴配置下井底流场水力分布情况。本文尝试把边界单元法用于分析井底流场水力分布,建立了描述井底漫流速度场的积分方程,给出了采用边界单元法求解井底速度场的数值方法过程,在算例中分析了多喷嘴钻头井底流场的速度分布问题。计算实践表明采用边界单元法可比较简单方便地计算分析多喷嘴井底流场水力分布问题。可用于优选钻头喷嘴组配
In designing and using roller cone bits or PDC bits, to optimize the configuration of the nozzles, it is important to understand the hydraulic distribution of the bottom hole flow field for different nozzle configurations. In this paper, the boundary element method is used to analyze the hydraulic distribution of the bottom hole flow field. An integral equation describing the bottom hole velocity field is established. The numerical method of solving the bottom hole velocity field with the boundary element method is given. The velocity distribution problem of multi-nozzle bit bottom flow field. The calculation practice shows that the boundary element method can be used to calculate and analyze the hydraulic distribution of the multi-nozzle bottom hole flow field easily and conveniently.
