结合抚钢生产实际,提出了炼钢—热轧生产计划中连铸区组批模型,使连铸机在可用时间内,连续浇铸炉数有所增加,减少了更换中间包(Tundish)及其他组件的次数,缩短了产品生产周期,使连铸区与热轧区在时间上衔接紧凑,降低了生产成本,提高了钢坯装炉温度,节省了加热炉能源消耗。通过实际数据测试证明该方法实用有效。
