利用ANSYS有限元计算软件建立铝合金挤压型材和焊接型材轴心压杆的有限元分析模型,通过引入焊接影响系数来考虑焊接热影响区(HAZ)以及焊接残余应力对铝合金工字形截面轴心压杆稳定性的影响,分析得出HAZ和焊接残余应力的特征参数与焊接影响系数的关系,焊接残余应力对轴心压杆稳定性的影响大于HAZ的影响,当轴心压杆绕弱轴弯曲屈曲且相对长细比大于1.0时,HAZ对轴心压杆稳定性的影响可忽略。
The finite element analysis model of the aluminum alloy extrusion profile and the welded profile axial compression rod was established by ANSYS finite element software. The HAZ and welding residual stress were taken into account by introducing the welding influence coefficient. The relationship between the characteristic parameters of HAZ and welding residual stress and the influence coefficient of welding is analyzed. The influence of welding residual stress on the stability of the axial compression rod is greater than that of the HAZ. When the axial compression rod is weak Axis buckling buckling and the relative slenderness ratio is greater than 1.0, HAZ on the stability of the axial pressure rod negligible.
